At WhiphAireeze, each item is crafted and packed with care to ensure your scent experience is exceptional. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product. To initiate an exchange, please email us within 3 calendar days of delivery at hello@whiphaireeze.com with photos of the item and packaging.
